WHAT'S HAPPENING?

Bringing you the cuisine you didn't know that you needed! Sometimes Filipino classics with a Swedish twist, sometimes Swedish classics with a Filipino twist, sometimes a mash up but ALWAYS plant based 🌿  It's more fun if everyone can eat 🤗

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Ordering and payment:

The concept is simple. There will be one Picnic meal on one specific day, Saturday 12th of June, and you make your order by sending an email to swilipino@gmail.com with the subject “Picnic 2 Order ”stating how many orders you want to make. When I have received your e-mail I will provide you with payment details and as soon as your payment has gone through I will confirm your order. The pick up location will be in Hackney downs park and if the weather is nice please bring a blanket and a bottle to hang out. If you would rather want to take the food away that is also an option off course. The pick up time will be between 3 and 4 PM.

In case of bad weather the pick up location and time will stay the same. I have a couple of gazebos to provide with shelter and the first come first served rule applies as there are limited spots. But let's hope the weather stays dry now!

To avoid any confusion: The dishes are made to be served cold or room temp as they are picnic foods.

If you have any other general preferences you can always make a request. I have the most specific friends with complex dietary needs so I have been properly trained. Phobia for tomato seeds anyone? Don't worry I got you 😎

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations with a full refund can be done up to 48 hours before the event. After that no refunds can be made but credit can be kept for the next event or transferred to another person.

Filled with Jackfruit Joy (deep fried Jackfruit patties coated with a golden crust), grilled mushroom and walnut pate, Cucumber atchara,
Pickle juice slaw, Toyomansi sauce.

Side of Potato salad loaded with herbs and fresh horse radish, deep fried corn and a pickled radish

All vegan and can be made gluten free upon request.
